Having just completed its first major investment round, Vertical Future is at an exciting stage of growth, with the team doubling in size from 10 to over 20 staff in the next 6 months, supporting the build-out of two new productions sites in London. With new technology to commercialise, the Company’s national and international reach and exposure is also expected to grow significantly.
Aligned with the Company’s rapid site expansion plans, the Head of Sales will be tasked with growing Vertical Future’s B2B (restaurant, wholesale, and distributor) sales across London, identifying new customers and partners, developing sales strategies, and securing business. They will be given a budget to build a sales team (contract or permanent) and a customer relationship team to manage accounts once business has been secured. The role will require close engagement with both the Head of Marketing and Communications and Company leadership.
This is a high-performance role with a 100% bonus, based on sales targets across Year 1. Share options may also be offered subject to performance and time of service – and subsequent years will also offer similar, sales-driven incentives. The role also offers coaching, mentoring, and the chance to develop within a fast-paced, high-growth technology business.
Interviews will take place in Q4/2019 and a Q1/2020 start is preferred.
